Obituary Notice:
Mr. Ric Ilanga, owner of the Manila Headlines, passed away last Sunday, May 24 2009.
On behalf of my family and the Fil-Am community in the Rio Grande Valley, I wish to extend our condolences to family of Mr. Ilanga. He lived a great life. His life-long service as a newsman will always be remembered by the Fil-Am in the Valley.
